§ 116.230 DEFINITION.
For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   TATTOO. The making of permanent marks or designs on the skin by puncturing it and inserting indelible colors. TATTOOER means one skilled in tattooing.
