(A) Every dry cleaning establishment shall be equipped with an asbestos blanket of a size not less than six feet by nine feet. The blanket shall be placed inside of dry cleaning rooms near the door thereof and in the position that it shall be accessible for use in case of fire.
(B) No dry cleaning establishment in which flammable solvents having a flash point below 140 degrees Fahrenheit (closed cup tester) are used shall be located on any lot or plot of ground where any of the boundaries of the lot or plot of ground are within 100 feet of the nearest boundary of any lot or plot of ground used for a church, school, hospital or theater.
(C) Vapors or odors emanating from any dry cleaning establishment shall not be permitted at any time to become a nuisance.
(D) An attendant shall be present on the immediate premises of any self-service or coin-operated dry cleaning establishment during all hours the dry cleaning establishment is open for business, and it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate any self-service coin-operated dry cleaning establishment within the village, without there being an attendant present during all hours the dry cleaning establishment is open for business.
(E) The term "attendant" as used in this subchapter shall mean any person of adult age who is either the owner or operator of the self-service dry cleaning establishment or an authorized employee of the owner or operator.
