(A) The provisions of this subchapter do not prohibit the selling or delivering of impure ice to be used only for packing or cooling purposes, for use in refrigeration or cooling systems, refrigerator cars, freezing machines, rooms and other places where it will not come in contact with articles of food or drink.
(B) Whenever any impure ice for packing or cooling purposes is sold or delivered the vendor shall warn the buyer that the ice is not for domestic use.
(C) No ice designed or intended to be sold offered for sale or delivered for domestic use shall be sold, offered for sale or delivered from any wagon or vehicle used in the vending or distributing of ice to be used for packing and cooling purposes.
