It shall be the duty of the Health Officer to at least once each week cause to be inspected every vehicle hauling ice, to determine if the provisions of this subchapter are being complied with, with reference to the preservation and safety of the health of the public. The Health Officer also, at the time of the inspection of the vehicles, shall inspect the clothing worn by persons working on the vehicles and the tools and scales used by them. The Health Officer shall cause to be made the additional inspections as may be necessary to secure compliance with and enforcement of the health provisions of this subchapter.
