Persons engaged in the manufacture or handling of ice shall provide themselves with clothes of clean, washable material which shall be used for that purpose only. No person engaged in and about the business shall spit on the floor or side walls of any place where ice is manufactured, stored, handled or kept for sale. No person who has any communicable or infectious disease shall work or be permitted to work in any place where ice is manufactured, stored or handled for sale, or upon any vehicle from which ice is handled.
