No person, firm or corporation shall engage in either the business of a retail hardware store or a retail paint store without first having obtained a license therefor. Every person licensed to engage in the business of a retail hardware store shall have the privilege of engaging in the business of a retail paint store, within the same building, room, enclosure, premises, place, establishment or part of an establishment without the necessity of obtaining an additional license.
