Every person licensed as a gunsmith shall make out and submit to the Village Police Chief on the first day of each month a legible and correct report of each firearm received for repair during the preceding month, which report shall contain the date, name, physical description, age, address and occupation of the owner of the firearm, the type of weapon, its make, serial number and bore and length of the weapon.
