(A) No person shall engage in the business of retail florist or wholesale florist in the village without first having obtained a license therefor. A person who is engaged in more than one business shall procure a separate license shall be required for each location to engage in business.
(B) It is unlawful to engage in the business of an itinerant retail or wholesale florist in the village, and the activities to engage in business.
