For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FLORIST. Any person regularly engaged in the conduct of an established business for selling, at retail or wholesale, cut flowers, bridal bouquets, funeral floral designs or growing plants from a fixed and permanent business location.
