§ 116.085 BUILDING AND FIRE REGULATIONS.

The construction, operation and maintenance of filling stations and filling station equipment, including tanks, and the requirements for safety clearances around the same, shall be done in accordance with the applicable Building Code, Fire Prevention Code and other related ordinances of the village.
