For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
FILLING STATION. Any building, structure, premises, enclosure or other place within the village where a container or containers, tank or tanks, either portable or stationary, and containing ether, carbon bisulfite, gasoline, naphtha, benzol, hydrocarbon (gas drips), liquefied petroleum gas, acetone, kerosene, turpentine or other flammable liquids having a flash point below 165 degrees Fahrenheit, are kept or located for the purpose of selling, offering for sale, or distributing any liquids from the container or tank.
