§ 116.071 DISTRIBUTING SAMPLES OF MEDICINES.
No person shall give away, deposit or otherwise distribute any sample package, parcel, box or other quantity of any nostrum, proprietary medicine, nor other material of an alleged medicinal character or purporting to be a curative agency by means of depositing or leaving the same in any hallway, private area, or yard, or on any doorstep or in any place in any street or public ground in the village. Nor shall any person distribute handbills, advertising medicinal or curative remedies.
