For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:
RETAIL DRUGSTORE. Any building, room, place or establishment where prescriptions for drugs or medicines are filled or compounded, or where medicines, drugs, chemicals therapeutic preparations, druggists sundries, invalid and infant foods, physicians' supplies, proprietary medicines, toilet articles, and other articles commonly sold in drugstores are sold, offered for sale, or kept with the intention of selling at retail or for supply to physicians, dentists, veterinarians or other practitioners.
