An applicant for the license shall file a cash bond in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code for each sales location, guaranteeing, the clean-up of the premises upon the termination of Christmas tree sales thereon. The bond shall be refunded five days after the termination of sales upon the premises if the premises are restored to a clean and sanitary condition as certified by the Health Officer.
