§ 116.016 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.
No person shall conduct or operate a barber shop in the village without first having obtained a license therefor. Barber shops shall pay an annual license fee in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
