§ 112.072 LICENSES REQUIRED; FEE; TERM.
   (A)   No person shall keep or display for operation or patronage by the public within the village, any coin operated amusement device without having first obtained a license therefor from the village clerk.
   (B)   The secondary business license shall be obtained upon application to the village clerk, and the payment of an annual fee for each "secondary business" as defined in § 112.070 of this chapter, plus an additional fee for each coin operated amusement device within the "secondary business" in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
   (C)   The amusement arcade license shall be obtained upon application to the village clerk and the payment of an annual license fee for each amusement arcade, plus an additional fee for each coin operated amusement device within the arcade in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
   (D)   The incidental business license shall be obtained upon application to the village clerk and payment of annual fee in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code for each coin operated amusement device within the "incidental business."
