For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT ARCADE. The operation by any person, firm, partnership or corporation of ten through 35 automatic amusement game machines upon the premises solely within on enclosure and operated as the primary use of the enclosure.
COIN-OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any machine, which, upon the insertion of a coin, slug, token, plate or disc, may be operated by the public generally for use as a game, entertainment or amusement, whether or not registering a score. It shall include the devices as marble machines, pinball machines, electronic games, skill ball mechanical grab machines, and all games, operations or transactions similar thereto under whatever name they may be known.
INCIDENTAL BUSINESS. Use which is clearly incidental to, subordinate in purpose to, and serves the principal use or is clearly operated and maintained solely for the comfort, convenience, necessity or benefit of the occupants, employees, customers, or visitors of or to the principal use and where the total number of coin operated amusement devices maintained and operated on the premises is less than 5 machines.
PERSON. Any person, firm, corporation or association which owns any coin operated amusement device; the person, firm, corporation or association in whose place of business any device is placed for use by the public; the person, firm, corporation or association having control over the device.
SECONDARY BUSINESS. Use which is clearly subordinate in purpose to, and serves the principal use or is clearly operated and maintained solely for the comfort, convenience, necessity or benefit of the occupants, employees, customers, or visitors of or to the principal use and where the total number of coin operated amusement devices maintained and operated on the premises is not less than 5 nor more than 9 machines.
