§ 72.56 UNNECESSARY NOISES; MUFFLER REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle upon the street which makes an unusually loud or unnecessary noise.

   (B)   No motor vehicle shall be operated on any street unless such vehicle is provided with a muffler in efficient working condition; and the use of a cut out is prohibited.
