§ 72.43 PEDESTRIANS NOT TO INTERFERE WITH USE OF SIDEWALK.
It shall be unlawful for a pedestrian to stand on any sidewalk except as near as is reasonably possible to the building line or curb, if such standing interferes with the use of said sidewalk by other pedestrians.
