§ 72.30 RIDING BICYCLES AND MOTORCYCLES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for more than 1 person to ride upon any bicycle propelled by human power upon any street or for any person to ride upon any motorcycle other than upon a seat attached to said vehicle.
   (B)   No person shall be permitted to ride or park his or her bicycle on the sidewalk of any shopping plaza, but shall be required to park said bicycle in stalls reserved for bicycles only.
   (C)   In the event that any adult violates the provisions of this section, the adult shall be subject to a fine, upon conviction, as set forth in § 70.99 of this title.
