(A) During the time interval between November 30 of any given year and March 1 of the succeeding year, no village resident shall run or operate a sump pump within 30 feet of any street on any property which is either leased or owned by the resident.
(B) No person, firm or corporation shall install a sump in a residential or business structure in such a location or a pump to discharge in such manner so as to inhibit or preclude strict compliance with the provisions pertinent to the discharge of storm water in division 51.051(C) of this chapter. Such location in new structures must be with the approval of the village building inspector.
