§ 135.09  LOITERING ABOUT PLACES WHERE DRUGS ARE STORED OR KEPT.
   No person shall knowingly loiter about, frequent, or live in any building, apartment, store, automobile, boat, boathouse, airplane, or other place of any description whatsoever where narcotic or dangerous drugs, hypodermic syringes, needles, or other instruments or implements or empty gelatin capsules are used, sold, dispensed, furnished, given away, stored, or kept illegally.

§ 135.10  TRANSPORTATION OR POSSESSION OF USABLE MARIJUANA.
   (A)   A person shall not transport or possess usable marijuana as defined in § 26423 of the Public Health Code, Public Act 368 of 1978, being M.C.L.A. § 333.26423, in or upon a motor vehicle or any self-propelled vehicle designed for land travel unless the usable marijuana is one or more of the following: enclosed in a case that is carried in the trunk of the vehicle; or enclosed in a case that is not readily accessible from the interior of the vehicle, if the vehicle in which the person is traveling does not have a trunk.
   (B)   This section shall take effect 15 days after adoption and publication.

§ 135.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A person who violates § 135.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500, or any combination of said imprisonment and fine.
