§ 132.079  SWITCHBLADE OR SELF-OPENING KNIVES.
   It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer for sale, keep, possess, use, or loan any switchblade or self-opening knife; provided that the prohibition of this section shall not apply to any one-armed person in possession of such a knife in connection with living requirements.
