§ 132.047  ANNOYING CONDUCT BY USE OF TELEPHONE.
   It is unlawful for any person to telephone any person repeatedly or cause the same to be done for the purpose of harassing such other person or his or her family, whether or not conversation ensues, or to use any threatening, vulgar, indecent, obscene, immoral, or insulting language over any telephone.
