§ 132.031 USE OF PROFANE, INDECENT, OR IMMORAL LANGUAGE ON SCHOOL PROPERTY.

No person, while in any building or on any lands owned, occupied, or otherwise used by a school of the city’s school district in the city shall utter, towards any person or while within the hearing of any other person, any:

(A) Profane;

(B) Indecent; or
