§ 132.029  KILLING, INJURING, OR POISONING ANIMALS.
   Any person who willfully and maliciously kills, maims, or disfigures any horses, cattle, or other beasts, or household pets of another, or willfully and maliciously administers poison to any such horses, cattle, or other beasts, or household pets of another, or exposes any poisonous substance with intent that the same should be taken or swallowed by them is guilty of a misdemeanor.
