§ 52.024 USE OF PUBLIC SEWERS.
   (A)   Reasonable accessibility. A property owner is considered to have reasonable access to the public sewer collection system when the property is located within 200 feet of the public sewer. Property owners meeting this criteria are required to connect to the public sewer system in the time described in division (B) below.
   (B)   Compliance time. Property owners meeting the reasonable accessibility requirement will receive proper notice that they are being requested to provide a connection to the public sewer. Allowable compliance time, a reasonable time allowance for completion of the work, to make a proper connection shall not exceed 60 days.
