§ 51.30 LIFTING RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED DURING A WATER SHORTAGE.
   (A)   Water shortage conditions will expire when the City Manager, after consultation with the City Council and upon recommendation of the Utilities Director, deems that the condition which caused the alert has abated.
   (B)   The expiration or cancellation of a water shortage declaration shall be promptly and extensively publicized.
