§ 33.07 DISPERSAL OF PROHIBITED ASSEMBLIES.

Any police officer may order any assembly prohibited by a proclamation authorized by this chapter to disperse, and any individual member of an assembly who fails to disperse after being so ordered shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
