§ 133.04 FIRING FIREARMS OR FIREWORKS WITHIN CITY LIMITS.
   (A)   No person shall fire any pistol, gun or any other type firearm or any fireworks or other pyrotechnics within the city limits.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply under the conditions specified in § 133.02(B).
   (C)   For the purposes of sport, amusement, approved firing ranges or businesses, the Chief of Police shall be authorized to grant a permit for the firing of any firearms, the use of fireworks or other pyrotechnics within the city limits.
