§ 133.03 WEAPONS AND PYROTECHNICS; FIRING.
   (A)   No person shall fire or discharge any gun or air rifle or spring type rifle or similar device upon any public street or sidewalk within the city.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not apply under the conditions specified in § 133.02(B).
