§ 132.05 DAMAGING OR DEFACING STREETS OR SIDEWALKS.
   No person shall damage, deface or mar in any manner whatsoever any of the streets or sidewalks. The city shall have the right and privilege to repair any damage, defacement or mar and assess the cost thereof against the offender.
