§ 130.03 UNAUTHORIZED USE OF POLICE WHISTLES AND FIRE SIGNALS.
   No person, without special authority from the Police Department or Fire Department, shall carry or use any whistle, bell, horn or siren similar in appearance or sound to the whistles, bells, horns or sirens used by the Police Department or Fire Department.
