(A) Any person who commits a nuisance or conducts a person’s self in a disorderly manner within the city limits or defaces or damages any public building or grounds is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(B) Any person who urinates or defecates on any public street or upon public property, or in a public place in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
