§ 111.10 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   A second conviction for a violation of any provision of this chapter shall automatically act as a revocation of the license. The City Council may at any other time, for cause, and after a hearing of which reasonable notice shall be given the licensee as the City Council may direct, revoke any license issued hereunder.
