Each application filed with the City Council for the purpose of obtaining a license for any business as described in § 111.01 shall be accompanied by a bond in a sum as may be required by the City Council and with sureties as may be approved by it and conditioned upon the faithful observance by the license and licensee’s employees of each provision of this chapter.
