§ 95.02 PLANTING OF TREES.

Citizens may plant trees in front of their lots and around their lots on the sidewalks under the supervision of the Director of Public Works and Utilities, provided they shall not plant any that are detrimental to the city. No trees shall be planted in the streets or gutters.
