§ 95.01 PROPERTY NUMBERING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   Every owner of a dwelling, building or other structure on any street, avenue or alley within the city, when notified of the proper number of the structure by the Director of Public Works and Utilities, shall place the same in a conspicuous place on the front of the structure. One whole number shall be allowed for each 25 feet of the front footage whenever practical whether improved or vacant, provided, that any structure with a front footage of less than 25 feet shall be allotted one whole number.
   (B)   All streets, avenues and alleys running north and south shall be numbered from Main Street or the nearest street thereto with odd numbers on the left side and even numbers on the right side.
   (C)   All streets, avenues and alleys running east and west shall be numbered from Aspen Street or the nearest street thereto with odd numbers on the west side and even numbers on the right side.
   (D)   One hundred numbers shall be allotted for each block, so that the numbers on each consecutive block shall commence with consecutive 101.
