§ 55.08 NO PERSON TO DAMAGE ELECTRIC SYSTEM.

No person shall shoot at with any gun or contrivance of any kind whatsoever, or strike or injure in any manner, any of the electric lights, or electric light and power system of the city. Any person so doing either or all of the above shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
