(A) The Wastewater Collection System Permit Number WQCS00040, issued to the city by the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources, includes the following performance measure:
(4) The Permittee shall maintain an educational and enforcement program that requires the proper operation and maintenance of all grease traps and septic tanks connected to the wastewater collection system. The educational program should target both residential and commercial users.
(B) Therefore, the City of Lincolnton Sewer Use Ordinance contains the related prohibitions in § 52.015(A), (B), (B)(2) and (B)(4).
