(a) The fee for a license required by this chapter shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per year or fraction thereof for each separate Marihuana Business.
(b) All licenses shall expire on the May 1 following their issuance, unless revoked, and shall not be transferable or assignable except as otherwise provided in this Chapter. All applications for license renewal shall be made at least thirty days before the license expires.
