809.07 GOOD REPAIR AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING/ZONING STANDARDS

The owner of any advertising structure or billboard shall maintain said billboard in good repair and compliant with all applicable city building and zoning codes to ensure the safety and welfare of the public.
