834.04 LICENSE FEES.

(a) Every applicant, before being granted a license shall pay the annual license fee, as listed in the Lincoln Park Fee Schedule, for the privilege of maintaining a donation bin in the City.

(b) Each license shall expire on the first Tuesday in May of each year.
