834.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall keep, install or maintain a donation bin(s) in the City without first obtaining a license therefor as provided in this chapter. This license is in addition to the required permit as set forth in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lincoln Park, Michigan, Section 1294.40.
