The holder or holders of the Bond representing in the aggregate not less than twenty percent (20%) of the entire principal amount thereof then outstanding, I may, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceedings, protect and enforce the statutory lien upon the Net Revenues of the System, and may, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceedings, enforce and compel performance of all duties of the officers of the Issuer, including the fixing of sufficient rates, the collection of Revenues, the proper segregation of the Revenues of the System and the proper application thereof.    The holder or holders of the Bond shall have all other rights and remedies given by Act 94 and law, for the payment and enforcement of the Bond and the security therefor.
