(a) Whoever violates this chapter is responsible for a municipal civil infraction and shall be subject to payment of a civil fine of not less than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00), or no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) plus costs and other sanction, for each infraction.
(b) Repeat offenses under this section shall be subject to increased fines to be specified in Section 202.101 of the Administration Code.
