Pursuant to Section 8 of the State Construction Code Act, Act 230 of the Public Acts of 1972, as amended, the 2015 International Fire Code and the 2015 National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 101 Life Safety Code are hereby adopted by reference, subject to the modifications contained in this chapter. Such Codes are available for inspection in the offices of the Fire Department and the City Clerk.
