1486.99 PENALTY.

The imposition of the penalty provided in Section 202.99 shall not preclude the initiation of appropriate legal action to restrain, correct or abate a violation, to prevent illegal occupancy of a building or structure or to stop an illegal act, conduct of business or use of a building or structure.
