1486.13 CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.
   When there is a change in title, tenancy or use group, or to a different use within the same use group, for all existing structures or buildings, except one and two-family residential buildings, a certificate of occupancy shall be required. The certificate of occupancy will be issued by the Superintendent of the Building Department or his or her authorized representative following an inspection and determination that the building fully complies with this chapter and all other applicable codes and ordinances of the City.
