1484.03 SEWAGE; GARBAGE AND RUBBISH.

All waste liquids must be collected in sanitary receptacles, approved by the Health Officer, and emptied into receptacles connected with sewers. No person shall discharge, drain, empty or spill waste liquids of any kind on the ground. The disposition of garbage, waste, rubbish and ashes shall be governed by these Codified Ordinances.
